    EMILIA-ROMAGNA GRAND PRIX

    The Emilia-Romagna F1 circuit, better known as Imola, is a fast, old-school track that demands precision and bravery. Its flowing, anti-clockwise layout features legendary corners like Acque Minerali and Piratella, where drivers push to the limit. The high-speed nature of the circuit, combined with its rich history, makes Imola one of the most thrilling and rewarding tracks in Formula 1.

    SPAIN GRAND PRIX

    The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya is a versatile track with long straights and a mix of corners, including the challenging Turn 3. Located in Montmeló, Spain, it was built for the 1992 Olympics and hosted its first F1 race in 1991. Known for its diverse layout and smooth surface, it’s a favourite for both racing and testing.

    AUSTRIA GRAND PRIX

    The Red Bull Ring, built in 1969 and revamped in the 1990s, is known for its mix of power-heavy straights and fast corners, including the Rindt right-hander. With significant elevation changes, the track offers thrilling racing and stunning views of the Austrian Alps, making it a favourite among drivers and fans.

    BELGIUM GRAND PRIX

    The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps is a 7 km track in the Belgian Ardennes, known for its iconic corners and unpredictable weather. Built in 1921 and revamped in 1979, it’s the longest on the F1 calendar. Its mix of fast straights, challenging turns, and breathtaking scenery has earned it a reputation as one of the most thrilling circuits in motorsport.

    HUNGARY GRAND PRIX

    The Hungaroring, just outside Budapest, has hosted the Hungarian Grand Prix since 1986. A tight, twisty track with minimal straights, it’s often compared to a karting circuit, demanding high downforce and precision. Overtaking is challenging, making strategy crucial but despite its difficulty, the circuit has produced unforgettable races.

    DUTCH GRAND PRIX

    Circuit Zandvoort is a fast, old-school track that winds through the natural dunes of the Dutch coastline. At just 4.3 km, it’s one of the shorter circuits, but its undulating layout and high-speed corners create a rollercoaster-like challenge for drivers. The iconic Tarzan corner, with its steep banking, adds to the thrill, making Zandvoort a true test of skill and bravery.

    The Marina Bay Circuit is a demanding street track known for its humid conditions and tight, bumpy layout. With 23 corners and few straights, drivers endure extreme physical stress, losing up to 3kg during a race. Recent changes for 2023 have shortened lap times, but the race tests skill and endurance under the city’s dazzling skyline.

    ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX

    The Yas Marina Circuit, located on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island, debuted in 2009 as F1’s season finale. The race starts at dusk, transitioning into night under floodlights, creating a stunning spectacle which adds to the challenge, as track temperatures drop and grip levels change throughout the race. The circuit's mix of long straights and technical corners creates exciting battles, especially in the final sector where precision is key.

The Silverstone Formula 1 Circuit has been recreated by Scalextric for an exhibit which enables visitors to enjoy epic battles with iconic cars around the two lane Grand Prix circuit. Each race uses special technology to track individual lap times, meaning you can race head-to-head or set a personal best! While admission is complimentary, we appreciate any donations towards our education workshops and outreach initiatives.

Yes! With your museum entry ticket you can watch any live F1 action that is shown on the same date as your ticket. Please note that we will only be showing live screenings during our opening hours.
