If you’re looking for some festive fun with a motorsport twist, then why not visit The Silverstone Experience these winter holidays? The brand-new visitor attraction is open every day except Christmas Day (click here for seasonal closing times) giving you the perfect opportunity to get out of the house and get hands-on finding out about the history of the circuit and the science behind the sport.

Take a journey through the past, present and future of British motor sport – and get close to iconic racing cars and motorbikes. You’ll be able to see Lewis Hamilton’s race suit, helmet and boots as well as climbing into a replica 1940s grand prix car. Test your skills as an RAF pilot and walk on part of the original race circuit. Tickets cost just £20 for adults and £10 for children when booked in advance, with concessions and family tickets also available.

Purchase your tickets from 13 December 2019 and visit before 7 January 2020 and you will be entered into a draw to win one of 12 pairs of tickets for an amazing tour of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team factory!

Terms & Conditions

WHO CAN ENTER:
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

OPENING/CLOSING DATE & TIME:
- Anyone who has bought tickets from 13 December 2019 to 6 January 2020 and attended between 14 December 2019 and 7 January 2020 inclusive will be included in the draw.
- Prize Draw closes for entries on 6 January 2020 at 23:59.

WINNER SELECTION & CONTACT:
The draw will take place on 8 January 2020

Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first 12 entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

The winners will be notified via email to the address used when booking, in accordance with clause 5 of The General Competition and Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

HOW TO ENTER & COST OF ENTRY:
Entrants must have pre-purchased a ticket between 13 December 2019 to 6 January 2020 via www.silverstone-experience.co.uk to visit The Silverstone Experience between 14 December 2019 and 7 January 2020.

PRIZE:
12 pairs of tickets for a Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Factory Tour. A pair of tickets to be awarded to each of the 12 winners.

The Mercedes experience will last about 1.5 hours. The winner and guest should be available on the day of the tour and this date will be communicated by The Silverstone Experience and Mercedes by 31 January 2020. This prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item. It will not be possible to include guests on the tour who work for a competitor Formula One Team. Photography is prohibited in the factory but is allowed in designated areas which will be indicated by the tour guide. Winners will need to provide in advance of the visit, to Mercedes, their names and registration numbers of the cars they will be attending in.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
