To book your visit, please complete the form below where our booking team will process your voucher for you. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email for your booking. 

Please check our opening times prior to completing the form to check our available dates. 

For additional tickets not included as part of your voucher, please purchase these online. Children under 5 visit us for free – please indicate on the form should you need to add a child under 5 years old to your booking. 

Please note, it may take up to 72 hours for us to process your voucher and tickets purchased via Virgin Experience days are not eligible to be converted into an Annual Pass. If your desired visit date is within 72 hours, valid voucher codes can be redeemed at the Ticket Desk on the day of your visit.
