Yes, you can take your own photos and videos with handheld camera and mobile devices for personal use. Please note, filming with the use of tripods and other specialist photographic equipment is not permitted.

You can book at the same time as you purchase your Day Ticket – or if you have already booked a Day Ticket you can add the Sim Suite by going to Buy Tickets, Day Tickets, Select Other Products and you can book a Sim Suite time slot only for your chosen date. 

Simulator slots run every 30 minutes from 10:30am til Museum Close (4pm or 5pm), check our Opening Times for more detail.

Yes, your party can watch you enjoy your session without purchasing a separate Simulator ticket. They will require their own museum entry ticket to gain admission to the Sim Suite. Please note you cannot 'swap out' drivers during a session, each driver must have their own Sim Suite booking.

No, you must also purchase a separate ticket for the museum.

Depending on your simulator time slot, you can visit the museum before or after your simulator session.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes (not open-toed). There is a personal box beside each simulator to store bags and jackets.

You must be at least 140cm tall. You may find it difficult to get into the simulator if you are over 195cm or over 100kg. The simulators are designed for use by adults; it is a professional-grade racing simulator and a step-up from traditional console racing games. Head to the ticket desk on arrival and our welcome team will check you in and you will be met by your race engineer.

Sim Suite experiences last for 30 minutes, including registration and briefing time.
