Silverstone Heritage Ltd trading as Silverstone Museum hope that you are pleased with any purchase you’ve made or services that we provide, however if there is something extra that you may need, please get in touch with us using our dedicated Feedback Form below where our Customer Service team are on hand to assist.

If you are making a formal complaint, then please complete our Feedback Form below where an investigation will open with the relevant department and a response sent to you. Alternatively, write to us at:

If you contact us by letter or by email, we will review your enquiry fully and ensure that it is investigated by the most suitable person within our organisation. We will normally get back to you by email.

If your enquiry is of an urgent nature, we will prioritise if possible and escalate to the appropriate person within our organisation. We appreciate that some enquiries may take longer than others to resolve, particularly if they involve input from a third party, vendors or organisers for example.

If you are at the venue then we will have a Duty Manager on site who  will endeavour to address if possible. If we are still not able to address fully, please contact us by completing the Feedback Form below

Silverstone Museum will do all we can to provide you with a suitable response to your enquiry within seven working days. It is through your valuable feedback that we are able to review and improve the overall services and amenities we provide to our guests if within our control and reasonably practicable.
